Please note that our store does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when a payment is made. We also take fraud prevention very seriously, so every credit and debit card holder may be checked and authorised by both us and the card issuer. To better protect customers during online card payments, you may be asked to complete 3D secure verification when paying. This depends on your bank issuer and may require entering a password, receiving a security code by email or phone, or completing extra steps such as fingerprint approval, two-factor authentication, or similar authentication methods. My payment was declined when using a credit\debit card, what should I do?
1. Place your order again
If your payment has been declined, you will need to submit your order again. We are unable to restore an order after the payment has been declined.
2. Make the relevant checks
To help prevent your order from being declined when placing a new order, we recommend checking the following:
Check the card details you entered to make sure the information is correct, such as the expiry date.
Make sure the security code is entered correctly - that is the three digit number on the back of your card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment - since they do not share the reason with us, it is best to check with them or contact your bank.
If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card or using another payment method.
3. Next steps
If your payment has been declined through 3D secure security checks, you will need to contact your bank for further information.
However, if you received an error message, please reach out to us with as many details as possible about the issue - including the error messages you received, and we will try to resolve it as soon as we can.
